The LeadershipGarage Experience “Inside Silicon Valley” is an expert symposium in the heart of digital progression, Silicon Valley. The structured multi-day intensive program analyzes the challenges of the digital future through the modules “Experience – Understand – Leverage”. Through on-site visits and expert talks, participants will experience successful modern digital culture in unique innovative environments. They not only hear from experts on building digital culture, but also reflect together on the opportunities for their companies.
Visits to labs incorporating the latest trends in remote communication and digital collaboration will expose participants to environments conducive to future success and digital innovation. They will learn about new digital collaborative tools for working in interdisciplinary teams to solve problems.
Experts teach participants about new digital tools and trends, such as blockchain and AI bots. They will have the chance to work together with experts on topics they find most interesting in order to brainstorm the potential and challenges for their own life. They will also test an innovative app for solving problems with data through interdisciplinary collaboration.
